Beautiful home on 30 acre farm, very private with panoramic views in a very rural setting with easy access from I 77 and Hwy 52 off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Large back deck to sit and watch wildlife and relax in the mountain air. This home has evolved from a mobile home to a more conventional house. Our place is clean and very homey but nothing fancy. Special cleaning/disinfecting procedures used due to COVID. New carpet and paint January 2020. A short hike on the property to a mountain stream and picnic area. Nothing "fancy" but a very comfortable, country home with all amenities needed. We have wifi which almost always works remember we are rural. Some cell carriers work better than others. Verizon being the best. Three bedrooms and pull out couch will accommodate 8 people. Two full bathrooms. Ceiling fans in kitchen, living room and master bedroom. All linens, toiletries provided.Full size washer and dryer ( laundry detergent provided, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave, Cuisinart cookware, coffee and tea provided. There is an am/fm radio with speakers throughout the house located in the kitchen above the oven. It even takes cassettes if you have any! Charcoal grill with charcoal and lighter provided. Outside fire pit. Wi-Fi usually good but due to rural location has on occasion been slow. Cell service can be iffy with some providers, Verizon is best. Can almost always use WiFi and text. Dish TV.Heat and AC, gas log fireplace.Outdoor fire pit with wood provided. The property is private with plenty of room to roam around and explore. Safe from noisy highways but close to attractions. Close to several wineries, local attractions such as Blue Ridge Music Center, Galax Annual Fiddlers Convention, Floyd, Va Home of Floyd Fest, New River trails, biking, horseback riding, and water activities, close to Mt Airy, NC home of Andy Griffith, Mayberry RFD, two golf courses close by. Enjoy the Blue Ridge Parkway. $110 per night 2 night minimum, $650weekly. Ask about rate for 28 days or more. , $65 cleaning fee, $25 pet fee if you want to bring your four legged children. You can pay the $25 pet fee at time of check in. Come check us out. We are open all year. Perfect for get away trips and celebrations. Check in 3 pm check out 1100 am. Come and enjoy all the blooms and beauty in spring and cool summer mountain air. Beautiful colors in the fall and great sledding in the winter. Inquire about special rates for extended stays..
We have a high chair, pac n play portable crib, infant bouncer seat and baby gate for back deck. If you need items for your little one let us know.
